Children in Vysocina Region draw a better public transport

The Vysocina Region launched a competition entitled „We live for public transport“ for students of elementary and secondary schools in the region. The competition task is to draw a picture that shows the main problem of public transport in a city or a village where students live.

On 31 January 2017, the Vysocina Region launched a competition entitled „We live for public transport“. The competition is intended for students of elementary and secondary schools in the region, with the aim to foster their interest in the issues of public transport and to find out what are, in their opinion, the most pressing problems of the regional public transport. In this way, the competition will contribute to gain new ideas how to further develop and optimize public transport services in Vysocina and attract new passengers.

The competition task is to draw a picture that shows the main problem of public transport in a city or a village where students live, and to suggest an ideal means of public transport. The competition deadline ends on 31 March 2017.

Offering this competition, the Vysocina Region also wants to motivate young people with original ideas to get actively involved in development of the region.
