First transnational workshop in Magdeburg
ReSites first transnational workshop took place November 23 - 24 in Magdeburg (DE). Project partners had a two days of intense work to share the first results coming from the preliminary analysis carried out in their brownfield areas. The meeting, hosted and organised by ISW - Institute for structural policy and economic development and the Ministry of Regional Development and Transport Saxony Anhalt, was very fruitful for the quality of work carried out by all partners. This preliminary analysis is the first step towards the definition of the most effective sustainable approaches for brownfield rehabilitation. Partners also took part in an interesting site visit of the Rothensee brownfields and had a clear understanding of the challenges faced in this pilot area.
