SKILLSLAB WORKSHOP
PP2 UKC-MB (University medical center Maribor) organized workshop at 13th Skillslab Meeting in Maribor.
This events attracted around 100 medical students and trainees from Central Europe, mainly from German spoken countries. It is the first time that it is organised in Slovenia by Medical faculty of University of Maribor.
Selected participants participated at the Paediatric Gastrointestinal Endocopy Workshop, where they learned basic principles of endoscopy, learned about indications for the procedure, including the need for biopsy in coeluac disease.
With the help of simulator purchased within the Focus IN CD project financed by CE Interreg programme we were able to practice their skills on a model.
