The Monograph is based on modelling and monitoring results, workshops and new knowledge of specificity of pilot actions, hydrogeological settings and transnational conclusions on CE-level, providing a basis for innovative legislative actions
wwDEMAST is a decision making support tool for selecting treatment option/method for mitigating PPCP concentrations will be developed for and used by public water suppliers in case of increasing trends of PPCP. Furthermore, wwDEMAST will contribute to development of new and improved guidelines and legislation related to PPCP in drinking water.
Transnational strategy encompasses new prospects in legislative solutions, provided by experts, for mitigation of emerging contaminants (PPCP), defining necessary steps for optimization of organizational structures and future-oriented drinking water management.
