Register for #EURegionsWeek 2018
From 8 to 11 October 2018, experts and policy makers from across Europe will meet in Brussels at the 16th European Week of Regions and Cities to exchange good practices in regional and local development. All events are free of charge to participants upon prior registration. Online registration recently opened and will close on 28 September.
Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE at the #EURegionsWeek:
- 9 October: Why central Europe needs cooperation more than ever (EU Regions Talk)
- 10 October: Idea lab on the future of transnational Interreg cooperation (Participatory Session)
- All days: Joint exhibition stand of transnational Interreg programmes (Exhibition)
For this year's conference, the #EURegionsWeek organisers introduced interesting novelties. The programme was designed in an open and participatory process: In a consultation, stakeholders could pick and choose event proposals that interest them the most - and an Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE proposal came out on top. Another important change is that most events will take place at a new, modern venue, the Square in Brussels, although some sessions will still be hosted by regional offices around Brussels.
During the four days over 170 working sessions, networking events and project visits will be on offer. In three events Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE is actively involved and we look forward to welcoming you to discuss with us why #cooperationiscentral for a stronger and more united Europe, today and in the future.
