Strategic Workshop: Selection and prioritisation of cross-border projects for implementation 

Recently, the workshop that took place in "New Gliwice" was focused on projects assessed and ranked based o debottlenecking criteria, plus time criteria (short-term, mid-term, long-term). It was participated by key stakeholders, experts and decision makers.
The workshop was dedicated to the selection and prioritization of cross-borders for implementation between Poland-Czech Republic, Czech Republic-Slovakia, and Poland-Slovakia.
During the workshop was performed the presentation of infrastructure projects resulting from strategic documents of individual countries and projects resulting from the development transport model for the cross-border area. The second part, was dedicated to prioritizing infrastructure projects, resulting from strategic documents of individual countries and projects resulting from the developed transport model. 
The project experts together with the stakeholders from the relevant institutions were setting priorities for presented projects and determining the potential effects and implementation results of the presented project. We are very glad that the workshop has been very fruitful, the participants took active part in the discussions, presenting extraordinary solutions and different approaches to the projects.
