Invitation to the SUSTREE mid-term meeting (D.M.2.4) in Chorin (Germany) from 24th to 26th April 2018

Dear SUSTREE colleagues,

On behalf of the TI-SUSTREE Partner we kindly invite you to participate in  the mid-term review meeting and third steering committee meeting  to be held at the Thünen-Institut (Eberswalde)  from 24th to 26th April 2018 with the following aims:

  1. SUSTREE Project preparation meeting for the mid-term review (24th April 2018 from 1 pm),
  2. SUSTREE Project mid-term review and Steering committee meeting (25th April 2018 from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm)
  3. Field trip (25th April 2018 from 2.30 pm), and,
  4. SUSTREE project progress meeting (26th April 2018)

The objective of (1) the SUSTREE Project preparation meeting for the mid-term review intends to obtain feedback from all SUSTREE partners and work-package leader on the current status of the activities; progress towards the output and financial forecast expenditures; (2) the SUSTREE Project mid-term review and Steering committee meeting aims to discuss the LP and PPs work progress and financial status in an interactive way together with the JS; (3) the field trip in which participants will be invited to visit a forest site and (4) the SUSTREE project progress meeting.

The venue will be held at Hotel Am See – Das Mühlenhaus (Ragöser Mühle 1, 16230 Chorin OT Sandkrug). FYI, The cost for a single room is approximately 60 €/night including breakfast, lunch, sauna and WLAN.
