Joint implementation roadmap planning of WP leaders and Lead Partner
Lead Partner and Work Package Leaders met in Graz, Austria, in order to develop in detail the tasks and the timeline of the project.
The aim of the meeting on 14 and 15 September 2017 is the development of a detailed work plan and working structure for all joint activities (cross-cutting all 3 thematic WP). This way the thematic activities (European status quo-analysis, regional analysis and action plan development) in the 3 thematic WP can be synchronised in terms of tasks, deliverables and schedule ( e.g. methodology, layout of documents, level of detail, timelines, responsibilities, partner input needed).
