PILOT ACTION – MUNICIPALITY OF WEIZ
With the feasibility study on how to maximize the use of the extended railway for passenger transportation, the Municipality of Weiz wanted to promote the passenger railway and implement user-friendly accessibility to increase the number of passengers taking the train for their day-to-day commute. It gives an overview of WHERE the potential for increased usage of the train-service lies and HOW to generate even more potential. Furthermore, it proves the effectiveness of implemented measures for reinforcing the usable potential.
