ENCACT - Capacity Building Days
and Youth in Action Days
15 - 17 May 2017, Venice (Italy)
On 15 May 2017, Forget Heritage project was presented within ENCATC Capacity Building Days and Youth in Action Day, in the beautiful framework of Venice.
The aim of the event was to develop an interactive and intensive learning offer in order to increase youth and adult education professionals’ knowledge about the policies and programmes in the field of culture and education. This approach allowed the exchange of experiences and good practices among the participants in terms of European project development and project management.
The ENCATC Capacity Building Days were addressed to cultural managers, researchers, consultants, artists, students but also experts in cultural management and European project development and management. The audience came from nine countries in Europe and beyond, such as Canada, China, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United States.
Participants met representatives from cultural institutions and organisations, in particular experts from higher education, local public authorities, European and international institutions (also from Council of Europe and UNESCO Regional Bureau) and professionals, which gave the opportunity to directly debate and confront with them.
