UN Economic Commission for Europe released the Circular Economy Toolbox

The UN Economic Commission for Europe released a Circular Economy "toolbox". The toolbox is actually a set of different legal and policy frameworks (documents), analyses and good practice guides aimed at helping European governments' adopt of circular economy principles and practices.
This set of documents came into being as part of action plan for United for Smart Sustainable Cities (U4SSC) programme introduced in 2019. The toolbox will be discussed during UNECE’s 69th session (April 20-21 2021) themed ‘Promoting circular economy and the sustainable use of natural resources in the region of the Economic Commission for Europe.’
