Series of interactive webinars were provided by the Boost4BSO project. Large audience of BSOs from central Europe attended and improve competitive in the implementation of I4.0 component in SMEs.
Boost4BSO project partners carefully selected experts in individual I4.0 issuesMr Ralf Wiegand - Senior Project manager: Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft Köln Consult GmbH presented online efficient and handy online tool for the overall screening I4.0 maturity. Harald Weigold and Jörn Linke continued and explained technology implications of I4.0 in the second session. The 3rd workshop was designed by Boost4BSO project partner STEP-RI. Boris Golob introduced the lean canvas tool and demonstrated how to use it to implement the Industry 4.0. The second wave was accomplished by a presentation dedicated to I4.0 TRANSFORMATION ROADMAP. Martin Tschandl and Ernst Peßl from FH Joanneum used the example of Balanced Scorecard as an efficient managerial tool to measure performance of the I4.0 implementation.
