Osijek: Local Kick-off Workshop

The meeting with local stakeholders was held on 24.01.2020; the event included basic information about the project on the meeting agenda, the planned activities under Arrival Regions project, possible synergies with project activities from other Programs focusing on the same target group, the analysis of the activities to date and results on similar projects. 

The activities that the Croatian partners are currently undertaking are presented:

Establishing contacts with organizations that have experience as well as good practices model in Croatia.  The West Pomeranian region as leader of WP T1 shared a discussion paper with the goals and possible implementation of training to be conducted in each territory: Osijek has just finished the process of selecting experts for two WP, and a discussion of the future acitivities and preparation for a joint meeting of the whole project team (Osijek, May 19 and 20). 

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ombudsman for Human Rights, representatives of the police administration, representatives of the Red Cross, the Center for Peace , Nonviolence and Human Rights Osijek, the Volunteer Center Osijek, the Breza Association and partners from IPC Slavonski Brod.
