Methods and tools to encourage effective behaviors in containing risks in corporate contexts

In the current situation of containment and social distancing induced by
Covid-19, companies nd themselves having to implement new
procedures which, to be e ective, need a real behavioral revolution. The
seminar will present some practical and organizational ideas and
solutions to guide towards a compliance with the new regulations and
procedures. The theory of NUDGE - which in English indicates a kind of
gentle push - will be presented to demonstrate how aids and solutions
existing in the workplace can facilitate virtuous behaviors. Speci c cases
of application to production and service companies will be presented.
