Integrated Hydrological Modeling Workshop under boDEREC-CE project

Munich, 14 - 18 October 2019

We would like to invite all boDEREC-CE Project Partners to participate in the Integrated Hydrological Modeling Workshop organised by Technical University of Munich (PP08) - the Leader of Work Package T3 with support of USGS and FREEWAT (EU H2020 project).

The workshop will take place from October 14th to October 18th, 2019.

 It will focus on following topics: 

  • Theory and practical examples of One-Water (USGS)
  • Introduction to FREEWAT
  • Modeling solute transport with MT3D-USGS
  • LuKARS – Land use change modeling in karst systems.

Please note that, due to course limitations, the total number of participants per partner is limited to 2. It is also a prerequisite, that participants  bring  own laptop to be used during the workshop.

The Workshop event is crucial in the boDEREC-CE project realisation since the project consortium is planning to established one of the most important output -  the model based decision making tool (modePROCON) in FREEWAT software. Also under WP T3 Capacity building training course (D.T3.2.1) will be organised in each partner country - what means PPs will share their knowledge and skills with stakeholders.
