Workshops organized by the University of Maribor

“TOGETHER team” from University of Maribor, successfully organised several local workshops for rising awareness toward efficient use of energy. During the workshops the tips for saving water and electricity, handling of heating/cooling, as well as directions for cost-effective and well-being living in the building during all seasons, was introduced.

In addition, the “Activity book” and interactive game “Planet Defender”, that was developed for kindergarten and early schoolchildren in order to raise awareness on funny as well as on educational level, was presented.

The workshops were organised in different tows in Slovenia, e.g. Krsko, Maribor, Velenje, Podcetrtek. Altogether, there were more than 250 participants, belonging to different age groups and above all, possessing different attitudes toward energy use in public buildings (kindergarten, secondary and high schools and faculties).
