SOLEZ ACTION PLAN GUIDELINES
SOLEZ Action Plans are transport planning documents covering short-medium timeframe and vision, identifying a set of low-carbon mobility actions and measures connected with traffic regulation and access restriction schemes in a Functional Urban Area (including LEZ, LTZ, etc.), contributing to reduce the negative side effects of these so-called “push” interventions.
SOLEZ Action Plans are elaborated with the active involvement of local Administrator of core city and neighboring towns, plus key stakeholders for transport and mobility measures. Common and transnationally usable supporting the elaboration of low-carbon mobility Action Plans at FUA level and stakeholders involvement have been developed within the project, and can be downloaded from document section.
