During the months of November and December 2017, LOW-CARB’s management team visited the project's partners to assess their forthcoming  activities and investments. The site visits began in Skawina, where plans for testing an electric public transport feeder service for its buses were reviewed and a potential drop-off site was examined for its suitability. The team then stopped in Brno, which is planning its pilot ‘impact assessment and monitoring tool’ for Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning. There is confident expectations that the tool will be completed in the spring of 2018. In Szeged, the focus was on low carbon company travel planning for employees of its industrial logistics area, northwest of the city. 
LOW-CARB’s upgrade of the Southeast European SUMP Competence Centre was appraised in Koprivnica together with Sveučilište Sjever (University North). Beforehand, Leipzig’s three partners, Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (LVB), Der Mitteldeutsche Verkehrsverbund (MDV), and Stadt Leipzig, discussed their first approaches to organizing public transport services in its northern hinterland; while plans for multi-purpose charging infrastructure in Parma were top-billing there
