WORKSHOP OF OPEN SPACE TECHNOLOGIES IDEAS

Saturday April 7th,  9:30 AM - Salt Warehouses

Saturday April 7th, the Municipality of Cervia and the Ecomuseum of Salt and Sea, within the european project Culturecovery, will organize a workshop on the intangible assets of the territory of Cervia to protect, preserve and enhance; to promote and pass on memories and tales that are the identity and soul of our city.

The workshop on April 7th is organized with the Open Space Technology method and will be an opportunity to relate cultural and historical heritage with multiple systems of conservation, diffusion and expression: from the fields of art to audio-visual, from writing to the theatrical and experiential narration, to technology and computer science.

“LISTEN, TELL, CREATE” WORKSHOP: OPEN SPACE TECNOLOGY

The OST participants will have the opportunity to propose and elaborate ideas to set up the register of heritage and intangible assets and enhance its contents. Open Space Technology is a working method that facilitates the circulation of information, knowledge and experience within heterogeneous groups of people and allows to deal with very complex issues and for which there is no univocal solution, leaving the participants free to propose creative ideas and move the question of the problem towards the strategies to solve it.

CERVIA: TALE OF THE SOUL OF A CITY

The immaterial heritage is a set of practices, representation, expressions, knowledges and techniques  - in the form of tools, objects, artifacts and places associated with them - that the community, groups and in some cases individuals recognize as part of their cultural heritage (UNESCO, Convention for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage, Paris 2003).

WHO PARTICIPATES

The meeting is open to all citizens! All the interested parties who have stories and memories to share in the territory of Cervia and those who have means, tools, ideas and skills in the fields of transmission and expression, such as associations, schools, cultural institutions, artists, actors, photographers, designers, writers, directors, ...
